DR. RICK WILLIAMS, PARTNER
Dr. Williams is the President of PRAXIS with 25 years experience in the fields of social policy analysis, community education, organizational development and fisheries development in Canada and internationally. His areas of expertise include fisheries management policy, stakeholder consultation processes, strategic planning & process facilitation and evaluation research.

DOUG MACDONALD, PARTNER
Mr. MacDonald is Vice-President and Senior Economist of PRAXIS. He has wide knowledge and experience in fisheries analysis and data systems on both Canadian coasts. He worked as a senior economist in the Department of Fisheries and Oceans for six years and has been a fisheries economist for over twenty years.

DONNA CROZIER, PARTNER
Ms. Crozier has ten years professional experience in research and consultation with GTA Consultants and now PRAXIS. She has an MA in economics and advanced skills in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, including: survey design & analysis; program and project evaluation; community capacity development; socio-economic analysis; and strategic planning and facilitation.

IONA WORDEN, PROJECT MANAGER
Ms Worden has been involved in the field of consulting for thirteen years. Iona has a Masters of Business Administration in marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Iona's areas of strength are project management, financial analysis, data interpretation, and marketing and feasibility assessments.
